WIN THE ULTIMATE WHISTLER VACATION

The Whistler Wipe & Win Contest offers two ways for you to be a winner.

RULES & REGULATIONS

1. The Whistler Winter Energy Contest (the "Contest"), sponsored by Tourism Whistler (the "Sponsors") commences at 12:01 a.m. on November 30, 2007 and concludes at 11:59 p.m. on March 15, 2008 (the "Contest Period").

2. The Contest consists of:

2.1. A chance to instantly win one of sixty (60) instant prizes (the "Instant Prizes")
2.2. A chance to win one of two grand prizes consisting of a Whistler Winter Energy Trip for two (the "Grand Prize")

3. How To Enter:

3.1. Instant Prizes. Visit the contest page on www.whistler.com/wipe_and_win/ for a chance to win the Instant Prize each day. By moving your mouse over the goggle graphic, you will be notified whether you have won one of the Instant Prizes. One chance will be given per day during the Contest Period.
3.2. Grand Prize. When you "wipe the goggles" an entry in your name will be automatically submitted for the Grand Prize Draw.

4. No purchase necessary.

5. The Contest is only open to individuals who reside in Canada (excluding residents of the province of Quebec) and USA (except where prohibited) who are of the age of majority in their province/state of residence. The Contest is not open to directors, officers or employees of Tourism Whistler, its members, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotional agencies, the fulfillment house, the independent judging organization, or members of those persons' respective immediate families, or anyone with whom any of those persons are domiciled. By participating, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Contest Rules and to accept the decisions of the Sponsor and the independent contest judging organization as final. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, state, and local laws and regulations.

6. INSTANT PRIZES: There are sixty (60) Instant Prizes available to be won as follows: twenty (20) $100 Whistler.com certificates, ten (10) pairs of Whistler Blackcomb lift tickets (ARV $160), ten (10) $100 certificates for a Whistler Spa, three (3) x $100 certificate for Ziplining, four (4) x $100 certificates for Snowmobiling, three (3) x $100 certificates for Dog sledding, and ten (10) x $50 certificates for a Whistler restaurant of Tourism Whistler's choice. Instant prizes valid until December 31, 2008 and are subject to the dates and times noted on the certificates. Federal and provincial taxes on the prize that may apply are the responsibility of the winner. The approximate aggregate retail value of INSTANT PRIZES total $6,100 CDN.

7. GRAND PRIZE: There are two (2) Grand Prizes available. The Grand Prize is for two people and consists of roundtrip airfare from any major city in Canada or the USA to Vancouver, roundtrip ground transportation from Vancouver to Whistler, five (5) nights' accommodation in a one-bedroom for two guests of Tourism Whistler's choice, four (4) one-day lift tickets for two guests at Whistler Blackcomb Mountains, one (1) $200 dinner certificate at one of Whistler's award-winning restaurants, one $500 pre-paid Visa gift card, and customize your trip with your choice of two of the following: Spa treatment (one $200 gift certificate), Zipline adventure (AVR $200), Snowmobile tour (ARV $300), and Dog sledding (AVR $200)

Grand Prize valid until December 15, 2008. Accommodation, restaurant, spa and activity partner to be selected by Tourism Whistler. Package does not include: any meals and transportation, pre- and post-travel arrangements, hotel incidentals (phone, laundry, spa treatments, etc.), gratuities nor any applicable taxes. Any portion of the prize not accepted or redeemed by a winner will be forfeited and cannot be exchanged for another event. Tourism Whistler reserves the right to substitute prizes in whole or in part in the event that any component of the prizes are unavailable, with a prize component thereof of equal or greater retail value. Federal and provincial taxes on the prize that may apply are the responsibility of the winner and her/his guest. The approximate value of each of the Grand Prize packages is $4,100 CDN.

8. Odds: The odds of winning one of the Instant Prizes are approximately 3:1000. The odds of winning the Grand Prize is dependent on the total number of eligible entries received at the end of the Contest Period.

9. Prizes are not transferable, not redeemable for cash, not for re-sale and will be awarded to the confirmed winners only. Prizes must be accepted as awarded.

10. A random draw (the "Draw") for the Grand Prize will be made by Tourism Whistler in Whistler, British Columbia on or about March 20, 2008.

11. Within 5 days of the Draw, Tourism Whistler will contact the selected entrant for the Grand Prize with a prize notification package by email to the email address provided on their Entry. The Sponsor will not engage in correspondence regarding the Contest with any person other than the selected entrant.

12. In order to win the Grand Prize, each selected entrant must correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited, arithmetical, skill-testing question and sign and return a standard declaration and release form within 5 days from the time the prize notification is postmarked as having been sent. The prize will be forfeited if the prize notification is returned as non-deliverable or if the declaration and release form, including skill-testing question, is not completed and returned within 5 days from the time the prize notification package is indicated as having been sent.

13. In order to win one of the Instant Prizes, the entrant must possess a winning code revealing that the bearer is entitled to one of the Instant Prizes. The winner of one of the Instant Prizes will be required to sign an acknowledgement of receipt of the Instant Prize.

14. By participating in the Contest, entrants accept and agree to: a) these Official Contest Rules and the decisions of the judges and the Sponsors regarding any aspect of the Contest, which shall be final and binding in all respects; and b) release, discharge, and hold harmless Tourism Whistler, their respective member financial institutions, their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, and employees, including their promotional agencies and the independent contest judging organization, from any liability, claims, or damages arising out of their participation in the Contest and the acceptance or use, misuse, or possession of any prize. By accepting a prize, winners agree to the Sponsors' and its designees' use of their names and/or photograph for advertising and publicity purposes without compensation. The Sponsors shall not be responsible for print or typographical errors in any Contest related materials; for stolen, lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, illegible Entries or for postage due No purchase entries. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Contest if fraud or any other reason in the Sponsor's sole discretion compromise the integrity of the Contest. In no event are the Sponsors responsible for more than the number of prizes specified in these Contest rules. In the event more than the advertised number of prizes are claimed, there will be a random draw conducted amongst all eligible prize elements to award the correct number of prizes after the contest period.

15. By entering the Contest, entrants consent to the Sponsor's and their agencies' collection, storage and use of the entrant's personal information provided on the Entry for the purpose of administration of the Contest in accordance with these Contest rules and in aggregated form in order to create reports regarding entrant demographics, which reports the Sponsors may in their sole discretion use and disclose to others. The Sponsor will not otherwise sell or disclose entrants' personal information.

16. The Sponsor and each of their respective affiliated and associated persons and entities, are not responsible or liable, jointly or severally, for any of the following: erroneous, damaged, destroyed, lost, late, incomplete, illegible, incorrectly addressed or misdirected entries, regardless of the cause; failure for any reason whatsoever of selected entrants to receive prize notification packages; or malfunctions or errors that may occur, regardless of the cause.

17. For the winners' names, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope (ensure sufficient postage is included) to: Whistler Winter Energy Contest c/o Tourism Whistler, 4010 Whistler Way, Whistler, BC, V0N 1B4. Requests for the winners' names must be received no later than March 30, 2008.
